XDR Overview
The XDR Overview section shows the generalized graphical information about the XDR (Extended Detection and Response) service of a particular client.
The XDR Overview section is available only for those clients who have the XDR service ordered.
The information in the section is grouped in the following subsections:
- Total Alarms
- Escalations
- Escalations by Severity
- Escalated Alarms Funnel (Last 30 Days)
- Machines by OS Type
- Client Investigation Hours Saved
- Client Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA)
- Client Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR)
- Note: If the Escalations Only technology was selected during the XDR service configuration, you will only have access to the Escalations by Severity, Client Mean Time to Acknowledge (MTTA), Client Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), Recent Escalations, and Escalation Volume metrics.
