Dashboard Tab

The Dashboard tab displays the following metrics:

Completed Assessments—shows the number of assessments completed in the past 12 months.
- Note: Click a number to navigate to the Assessments Tab with assessments prefiltered by Completed in the last 12 months phase.
Vendor Completing & Sharing Questionnaire—shows the number of assessments currently in the Vendor Completing & Sharing Questionnaire phase.
- Note: Click a number to navigate to the Assessments Tab with assessments prefiltered by Vendor Completing & Sharing Questionnaire phase.
Active Assessments by Priority—shows the total number of active assessments, along with a breakdown by priority.
- Note: Click a number to navigate to the Assessments Tab with assessments prefiltered by priority.
- Note:Active assessments are those in one of the following phases: Requested, Incomplete Request, Vendor Completing & Sharing Questionnaire, Pending Fortified Review, Fortified Assessing & Reporting, and any CAP phase.
Assessments by Phases—shows the total number of assessments – completed or active for the past 12 months, broken down by phase.

Assessment Fulfillment: Requested vs. Contracted—on the left, this chart shows the total number of requested assessments versus the total number of contracted assessments across all active contracts. On the right, each active contract is displayed along with the number of contracted assessments that have been requested. The trend pill indicates whether you are under-consuming, on pace, or over-consuming assessments based on the current point in the contract lifecycle.
Avg Time to Kickoff Assessment—shows the average number of business days, over the past 12 months, it took for an assessment request to be started, along with a breakdown by priority.
Avg Time for Vendor to Complete & Share Questionnaire—shows the average number of business days, over the past 12 months, it took vendors to complete and share their questionnaires, along with a breakdown by priority.
Avg Time for Fortified to Assess & Report—shows the average number of business days, over the past 12 months, it took Fortified to assess and deliver the final report after the vendor completed their questionnaire, along with a breakdown by priority.
