Escalation Interactions by User

The Escalation Interactions by User chart shows the MTTA, MTTR, and number of escalations closed in the last 30 days for each user who has taken those actions. Additionally, for the MTTA and MTTR there is a 90-day trend of those metrics. 

• Note: If the Fortified TDC closes escalations on your behalf, you will see a count but no MTTA or MTTR.
